Currently we have only 4 Explorer Scouts. They are working on their Young Leader Awards at present but would love to be part of a successful Explorer Scout Unit.

If you are aged between 14 and 18 yrs old and want to inject a bit more adventure into your life, then we'd like to hear from you.
We want to set up an Explorer Scout Unit that serves the Bartons community. Check out www.scouts.org.uk to see what being an Explorer Scout is all about.

We are currently looking for adult volunteers to help us set up a ES Unit. You'll receive full training and support from all of us at 1st Bartons Scout Group. We understand the need for flexibility when seeking volunteers in the current ecomomic climate. All our adult leaders and helpers have busy lives juggling family and work commitments, but have found it easy to get involved as we value any help they give to the young people of our community.
